Rates
Sessions with Neil Kennedy, Lewis Johns and Daly George are worked out on a project by project basis allowing both parties to agree upon a bespoke rate for your session that meets your budgeting needs.
Below we have the rates set out for an easy point reference when booking the studio for Dry Hire or a session with a Staff Engineer or accommodation for your time with us.
Studio Dry Hire: From £200 (See notes below)
Mixing: £40ph or as agreed by engineer.
Accommodation A1: 1-3 nights £60 per night.
For stays of 4+ nights it is £50 per night + £30 cleaning charge.
(Studio apartment, ensuite facilities, kitchen area sleeps 4-6)
Accommodation B4: - £35 per night
(Bunk room, Sleeps 4. Kitchen, Toilet and Shower not ensuite)
Notes – If it is your first time with us, Studio Dry Hire will require 1-2 days hire of a Staff engineer from £90 (8hrs) and £130 (12hrs) p/d to make sure your session is set up and running smoothly or handle the engineering as required.
If you are staying in any accommodation please be 'checked out' by noon on your last day, this allows the rooms to be turned over ready for the next session.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking at The Ranch. If you cancel your session with enough time for another project to be found to replace yours, you will be refunded based upon how many days get replaced. Deposits are connected to specific dates as opposed to whole projects, it is likely that postponing will result in a lost deposit.
Supplies
All Equipment owned by The Ranch is available for you to use at no extra cost.
The purchasing of supplies such as Guitar Strings, Drumheads etc. is the clients responsibility. We have accounts with major brands, we can arrange order and delivery at cost.
We will hold on to recordings as long as we can but the responsibility of fully archiving lies with the client.
Extras
Any extras such as Stems, alternate mixes, instrumentals etc. are all rateable. If any of these are required please let us know at the time of booking so we can allocate and book time in which to provide these to you.
